By submitting this reservation request, I acknowledge and agree that:
Binding Agreement – I understand this booking is subject to a formal RV Rental Agreement. A sample contract is available on the listing page, and the final signed agreement will be legally binding.
Insurance Required – Valid insurance coverage is mandatory. I may use my personal auto policy only if it extends to RV rentals. If not, I understand that daily insurance coverage is available for purchase through MBA Insurance, the Owner’s commercial insurance provider. If using personal insurance, I agree to provide a Certificate of Insurance listing Moises Family RV as certificate holder prior to pickup.
Cancellation Policy – I understand the refund policy:
100% refund if cancelled 30+ days before trip
75% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before trip
50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before trip
No refunds within 7 days of trip start
Security Deposit – I understand a refundable security/damage deposit is required at pickup and will be invoiced separately. The deposit is refundable only if the RV is returned without damage, violations, or overages.
Driver Eligibility – I confirm that all drivers are at least 25 years old, properly licensed, and capable of safely operating the RV. Unauthorized drivers are prohibited.
Additional Charges – I acknowledge responsibility for potential additional charges, including but not limited to excess mileage, generator overages, cleaning, fuel, propane, dump fees, late returns, and damage not covered by insurance.
Damage & Liability – I accept full responsibility for any damage, loss, or misuse occurring during the rental period. I understand that no reimbursement will be provided for trip interruption caused by misuse, negligence, or improper operation.
Acceptance – By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all Terms & Conditions and the final Rental Agreement.
